Residential and commercial real estate closings, handled from contract through to closing. You would own a file the whole way rather than passing it down a line.

The firm is looking for someone with real transaction experience, roughly two to five years. A notary commission or real estate license is a plus and is never required.

Inside Sales Representative

A century-old, family-owned Western New York manufacturer.

Customers call and email needing pricing, delivery dates, and answers about equipment. You take it from that first call through the order and out to the shop floor.

An industrial background is not required, because product knowledge is trained on the job. What the employer is actually hiring for is judgment on the phone: knowing what to tell a customer, and making sure what you tell them holds up.

    Not scanned for buzzwords. It is measured against what the employer genuinely needs for that specific seat, including the parts they did not think to write in the posting.

  2. I look at it myself

    I am the one running the search and I am the one who talks to the client. Nothing gets auto-rejected on my end, and there is no screening committee between you and the employer.

  3. If it fits, I call you

    A short call first, so you can ask what the place is actually like before anybody submits you anywhere. I do not send your resume to a client without telling you.
