Full cycle recruiting

We run the search. You interview people worth your time.

An open role does not stay still. It bleeds overtime, pushes work onto people who are already stretched, and gets more expensive every week you leave it alone. Waymark runs the entire search for you, from writing the role through the new hire's first 60 days on the job.

90 day replacement guarantee

If they leave in the first 90 days, we run the search again.

Whether the person you hired walks away or does not work out and you let them go, we rerun the search at no additional fee. You are not paying twice because a placement did not stick. That is the whole point of a guarantee.

How a search actually runs

No black box. You know where the search stands every week it is open.

  1. Intake call

We get specific about the role, what the person has to be able to do on day one, what you can pay for it, and what your team is actually like to work in.

  2. Search and pre screen

We go find people, including the ones who are not applying to job posts, and we talk to them before you ever do. Anyone who cannot do the job does not reach you.

  3. Candidate presentation

You get a short list with real context on each person, not a stack of forwarded resumes for you to sort through at night.

  4. Your interviews

We schedule them, prep both sides, and collect the feedback so the process keeps moving instead of stalling in your inbox.

  5. Offer and placement

We handle the offer conversation, including pay expectations and counteroffers, which is where most small business hires fall apart.

  6. 30 and 60 day check ins

We follow up with you and with your new hire after the start date. Placement is not the finish line, retention is.

What comes with every search

Six things, included in the placement fee. None of these are billed separately and none of them are add ons you have to ask for.

  • WNY talent and pay intelligence

What this role really pays in Western New York right now and how many people here can actually do it. You stop guessing at a number and losing candidates at the offer.

  • Weekly search transparency report

Every week the search is open you get where it stands, who has been contacted, and what is coming next. You never have to chase an update.

  • Candidate intelligence dossier

A real profile on every person we present, including what they are looking for and why they would leave where they are. Not a resume forward.

  • First 90 days retention toolkit

A practical plan for the new hire's first three months, so the person you just paid to find has a reason to stay past the awkward part.

  • 30 and 60 day placement check ins

We come back after the start date and find out how it is going while there is still time to fix something. We do not disappear once the invoice clears.

  • Repeat client priority lane

Come back with a second search and you go to the front of the line. Your next role starts faster than your first one did.

All six are part of the search. Other firms charge separately for market data, or hand you a resume stack and call it a short list, or vanish the day the candidate starts. Waymark includes the whole thing because a placement that does not last is not a placement.

How you pay

Contingency based. If we do not place someone, you do not owe us anything.

  • There is no retainer and no upfront fee to start a search.
  • A fee is earned only when you hire someone we brought you.
  • You are invoiced after your new hire's start date is confirmed, not before.
  • Terms are Net 15.
  • We work across industries. This is not limited to trades or blue collar roles.

We go through the fee in detail on the call, along with the role and what the market looks like for it.

Tell me about the role.

A 30 minute call. We talk through the position, what it is costing you to leave open, and what a realistic search looks like in this market.
