Job seekers/Resume & interview help
Paid one to one services
Your resume, reviewed by someone who screens them for a living.
Almost everybody selling resume help has never had to tell anyone no. I have. I screen resumes for Western New York employers every week and I watch good people get passed over for reasons they will never be told. These two services are me telling you the things I cannot tell every candidate, because there are not enough hours.
Read this before you spend a dollar
Paying me does not get you preferential treatment for any job Waymark is recruiting on. Not a faster look. Not an inside track. Not a word to the employer on your behalf. If you are right for one of my open roles, you are right for it whether you ever pay me anything, and if you are not, no amount of money changes that.
I am keeping that line bright on purpose, and you should be suspicious of anyone in my industry who blurs it. Send me your resume for free if what you want is to be considered for roles. That door is open and it always will be.
What you are buying here is my time and my judgment on your materials. Nothing else.
Pick what you need
Prices are published because you should not have to get on a call to find out what something costs. There is no upsell after this and no monthly anything.

The Resume Rewrite, in detail
You are not buying a prettier document. You are buying the read that happens in the six seconds before someone decides whether to keep going.
-
A 15 minute call before I write a word
What you are going for, what you will not take, what your commute really is, and what you think your problem is. Most people are wrong about their problem, which is the point of asking.
-
The rewrite itself, in Word and PDF
Single column, parseable, no text boxes, no tables, no graphics that turn into nothing when the system reads it. Both files are yours to edit forever.
-
The Recruiter Screening Report
This is the part nobody else can sell you. It is the notes I would actually write if your resume crossed my desk on a real search: where I stopped reading, what made me suspicious, what I would have called to ask about, and the specific thing that would have knocked you out of a pile. It is blunt. That is the value.
-
Your master resume
The long version that holds every bullet we generated, including the ones that did not make the final cut. You keep it, and every future tailoring job starts from it instead of from a blank page. This is the asset. The one page document is just today's output.
-
LinkedIn headline and About section
Rewritten to match, because a hiring manager who likes your resume looks you up within the hour and a stale profile undoes the work.
-
A tailoring cheat sheet for your target titles
Which bullets to swap, which words to mirror from the posting, and what to cut, for the three job titles you are actually chasing. Ten minutes per application instead of starting over.
-
A 15 minute walkthrough when it is done
I show you what changed and why, so you can defend every line of it in a room. A resume you cannot explain is worse than the one you came in with.
The Interview Intensive, in detail
Forty five minutes live, and then you walk away with the session turned into things you can actually use.
-
45 minutes, live, recorded for you
Real questions for the kind of role you are chasing, and I stop you when something is not landing. You get the recording, so the parts that stung are there to rewatch when you are calmer.
-
Your story bank, written up
Six to eight of your own stories pulled out of the conversation, written in STAR form and tagged to the question types they answer. Most people have the material and have never organized it. After this you stop inventing answers under pressure and start selecting them.
-
A scorecard on the five things employers actually score
Where you are strong, where you are thin, and which one to fix first. Ranked, not a list of everything at once.
-
Your salary script, with your real numbers in it
Your walk away number, your target, and the number you say out loud, worked out together. Plus what to say when they ask first, which in New York they are limited in what they may ask. You are not required to hand over your salary history.
-
Ten researched questions to ask them
For a specific employer you name, not a generic list off the internet. Asking a question that proves you did homework is the cheapest advantage in the whole process and almost nobody takes it.
-
Your follow up email, drafted
Written from what you actually discussed, ready to send inside 24 hours. Most candidates send nothing, and the ones who send something usually send a thank you note with no substance in it.
Everything above is yours to keep. No portal, no login, no subscription. Files in your inbox that still work in two years.
The guarantee
If the work is not better, you do not pay.
Read the rewrite. If you do not think it is materially stronger than what you walked in with, tell me and we are square. No form to fill out, no argument, no partial refund math.
What I will not guarantee is a job. Nobody honest can promise you that, because I do not control who hires you, and anyone who does promise it is selling you something. I guarantee my work. The rest is yours, and it always was.
How it runs
-
You send the form
Tell me what you are going for and which service you want. No payment yet.
-
We do the short call
Fifteen minutes. If I do not think I can help you, I will say so on that call and you will not owe me anything. That happens, and it is better than taking your money.
-
You get an invoice
After the call, not before. Pay it and I start.
-
Five business days
Resume work comes back inside five business days. Sessions get booked at a time that works around your job, including early mornings and evenings.
I take six resume clients a month. That is not a marketing tactic, it is the number of people I can do the Screening Report for properly while running searches. When the month is full you go on the list for the next one.
Who this is not for
I would rather tell you now than take your money and have you be disappointed.
- You want a proofread. If your resume is fundamentally fine and you want typos caught, do not pay me $149. Read the free resume guide, it covers the formatting traps.
- You want someone to decide your career for you. I can sharpen how you present the path you are on. I cannot tell you what you should want to be.
- You are hoping this is a side door into Waymark's roles. It is not, and I said so at the top. Apply free like everyone else.
- You need it tomorrow. Five business days is the real turnaround. If you have an interview Thursday, take the session and skip the rewrite.
- You want me to write things that are not true. I will help you frame a gap, a short stint, or a demotion honestly and well. I will not invent a title you did not hold.

Nothing is charged here. Tell me what you need and I will come back with a time for the short call.
Questions
Does paying you help me get hired by one of your clients?
No, and I want to be boring about this because it matters. My clients are employers and they pay me to find the right person. Putting a paying candidate in front of them would be bad for them and it would end my business. If you want to be considered for my roles, send your resume in for free.
Do you write it for me or with me?
I write it. But the raw material comes out of the pre-write call, because the good bullets are always buried in things people say out loud and never think to put on paper.
What if I am changing industries?
That is the case where this helps most and it is also the hardest. Career changers get screened out by people scanning for exact title matches. The work is making the transferable parts obvious in the top third of page one so nobody has to hunt for them.
Do I have to be in Western New York?
No. The calls are remote and the work is the same anywhere. My market knowledge is sharpest in Erie and Niagara County, so that is where the pay and employer context is most useful to you.
How do I pay?
Invoice after the short call, before I start. If I do not think I can help you, there is no invoice.
Is this worth it if I just read your free guides?
Waymark HR Group LLC provides resume preparation and interview coaching as an educational service. These services do not include job placement, and purchasing them has no bearing on how any candidate is considered for a role Waymark recruits on. Employers pay Waymark's recruiting fees. Candidates are never charged for consideration, referral, or placement, and never will be.
